Real Estate Attorney Salary range of $275,000-$300,000, based on year classification. Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing. Key Requirements: 7-10 years (10 years max please) of real estate experience. Experience with renewable energy project developments preferred. Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, letter agreements, and other transactional real estate documents. Experience advising on utility-scale renewable energy projects, particularly regarding site control and title insurance. Experience counseling clients through purchases and leasing of real property, including working with title companies and surveyors in negotiating title insurance coverage and endorsement language and survey specifics. Expertise in reviewing title commitments, preparing closing instruction letters, and drafting and negotiating curative instruments to address title defects and other title issues for developers.
