Busser/Food Runner
Whiskey Licker Up Saloon
Busser and Food Runner SUMMARY: Assists the food server to provide prompt and friendly service. Ensures that tables are clean before a guest is seated. Takes and delivers non-alcoholic beverages. Ensures that tables are properly stocked with all condiments. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and ensures each guest has a dinning room menu.
- Ensures that non-alcoholic drink orders are taken and delivered quickly, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintains a clean and well-stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
- Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items or service is desired.
- Other duties as assigned
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Work may include weekends, nights, and early mornings.
- Must be able to carry and balance service tray on shoulder. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain all local, state, and federal regulatory permits as required by position.
- Musts have the ability to work in a team environment.
