The Behavioral Health Technician plays a key role in providing direct support to clients by promoting safety, encouraging recovery, implementing treatment plans, and assisting individuals in developing the skills needed to achieve greater independence and overall well-being.NorthStar Behavioral Health is a full-service non-profit behavioral healthcare agency.
