Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Agent Staff.

Must be able to make the commute to our Goodyear, AZ office location. This is an in-office position.

Position Overview: Agent Staff - Insurance Account Representative.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customer requests.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Handle all incoming phone calls for the insurance office.
• Monitor and respond to incoming customer text messages.
• Monitor voicemail messages.
• Email/text late pay and cancellation warnings. Additionally, take payments from customers for their insurance policies.
• Greet customers who visit the office in person.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Present a cheerful disposition to customers who call or visit the office.
• Process insurance service transactions for customers.
• Provide quotes for new customers.
• Pivot to other lines of business (life and health).

As an Agent Staff, you will receive...

• Salary
• Annual group bonus and individual monthly bonus
