Job Overview Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Compensation Hourly Wage: $14-$27 per hour (location requires minimum wage compliance) Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums 0.35-$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work; multiple premiums may apply.
