Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Med Surg)

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Schedule: Night Shift

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
• Float to other units within scope of practice as needed and at manager discretion

Required Qualifications

• Active New York RN License
• Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• EPIC experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS Certification
