• Coverage Model: 4 Daytime Physician Hospitalists, 1 Nurse Practitioner 7a-7p, 1 Nurse Practitioner 12p-12a, 1 Dedicated Physician Nocturnist 7p-7a

Qualifications

• Education: Nurse Practtitioner
• Licensure: Illinois
• Board Certification: FNP-C, ACNP, or AGACNP
• Badges: ACLS
• Experience: 2 years HM experience highly preferred
