Pay and Benefits: The position is paid by Piece Rate Pay; each assembler gets paid for each item they build. Pay rate varies depending on item level. Average starting pay of $18+ and potentially $40+ per hour. Health insurance offered after 90 days and working at least 30 hours per week. Qualifications and Skills: Must pass a clean background check and be a legal U.S. citizen. Good mechanical skills and previous assembly experience with bikes, BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn & garden equipment. Have your own working personal smart cell phone and email address. Have a valid driver's license. Have your own reliable and insured vehicle. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Have basic tools to start. (*see list below) Agree to wear an acceptable face mask while working inside each store site when mandated. Must be honest, professional, respectful, and have excellent English language and communication skills.
