Key Responsibilities Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders, including reviewing, editing, validating, and processing transactions. Update customer item cross-references, including UPCs, buyer UPCs, conversions, and customer-specific product codes. Identify and resolve EDI-related issues such as Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) discrepancies and invoice errors. Process, audit, and manage customer orders within JDE, ensuring compliance, inventory availability, and timely fulfillment. Allocate inventory to customer orders and monitor overdue shipments through Log Pro and related systems. Coordinate inventory allocation and scheduling for product launches, Back-to-School (BTS), Back-to-Business (BTB), and promotional events. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory availability, order status, backorders, shipment schedules, and company policies. Monitor and resolve stock shortages, delayed shipments, and customer-specific order requirements. Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order shortages, delays, and fulfillment issues. Audit and resolve customer non-compliance charges and deductions. Maintain and update customer account information, including Customer Master Address Book records. Manage customer preference settings, delivery schedules, payment terms, and product allocation parameters. Maintain Billing ID files and support new product launch activities. Set up and manage base pricing for products within the JDE workflow system. Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly customer scorecards and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance reports. Update customer portals with order status, shipping information, and product availability details. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, customer requirements, and industry standards. Act as a liaison between customers, Account Managers, Distribution Centers, and transportation providers. Coordinate the processing of returns, refusals, and customer claims in accordance with company standards. Track open orders from receipt through final delivery to ensure timely fulfillment. Provide supporting documentation to the Credit Department to facilitate accurate credit issuance and inventory adjustments. Assist in resolving transportation and delivery-related issues. Work closely with Account Managers, Supply & Demand Planners, Distribution Centers, Production Teams, Credit Departments, and EDI/IT teams. Support continuous improvement efforts related to order management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and order activity.
