Design Consultant Position

Our Design Consultants are responsible for providing their clients with a seamless, effective, efficient process to meet their window covering needs. We stand firmly in our identity of fashionable, growth minded, helpful, passionate, and value-based professionals that look for clients who carry these same characteristics. This position is for someone who wants to help solve problems and in turn have great financial reward through protecting profit margins.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:

· Show up to work with a positive attitude and a hunger to make an impact

· Be on time to all client appointments and keep constant communication from initial contact until completion of project

· Keep vehicle clean, organized, serviced, and obey all laws of the road

· Keep all samples clean, organized, and in showing condition

· Deliver value through presentation and stick true to our pricing structure and margin

· Ask for referrals every day, contact local realtors, contractors, and other professionals that can pass referrals to build your pipeline

· Measure Accurately and Consistently to limit errors

· Maintain relationships with clients even after the sale and installation

· Responsibly use all company equipment and uphold technology, credit card, and vehicle user agreements.

Requirements:

· Clean driving record and background

· Professional appearance

· Drug and alcohol free at work

· Wearing and representing the Budget Blinds “Jersey” in a “make momma proud” way

Compensation:

Competitive Compensation Package:

$3,500 Stipend for first 6 months (intensive training period)

Month 7 & forward: Unlimited Tiered commission compensation only based on GPM%

Matching 401k Contributions up to 3% (contributions start after 90 days)

Optional health insurance with $1200 per year reimbursement

Company Vehicle & Gas Card, company iPhone, company iPad

10 PTO Vacation Days and 5 PTO Sick Days (PTO allocation earned after 90 days)
