Shipping Lead-Advanced Logistics Fulfillment Full Time Management Kansas City, MO, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1064 JOB SUMMARY The Shipping Lead supports the Outbound Traffic Coordinator with prepping outbound loads across multiple facilities. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ability to operate inventory warehouse management system effectively, including, but not limited to, creating outbounds, scanning finished goods, and using item locator Ensure all information on ship orders match shipping labels Apply any shipping labels or placards required to finished goods prior to loading Scan finished goods using the correct ship order and outbound Ensure finished goods are safely and efficiently loaded onto trucks Use web-based quality management system to perform quality inspections Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents prior to providing to external truck drivers Operate forklift as needed Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety rules Ability to work a flexible schedule if necessary Attendance is an essential function of the role OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES Perform other duties as assigned.
