Scheduling Coordinator

This position will be the central contact for scheduling procedures for services provided by the Heart & Vascular Institute, including but not limited to Cath lab, Electrophysiology, vascular and Non-Invasive. This is an RN position which will include communication with patients to ensure a seamless process. Scheduling will be based on physician orders, clinical prioritization, and available resources. It will require the identification of possible conflicts to minimize delays. It includes coordination with involved parties such as office staff, surgery, anesthesia, vendors and other parties. The RN may perform pre-procedure lab work and assessments as available to streamline workflow. We seek those with clinical experience, a positive and professional demeanor and an ability to multitask.
