United Ag & Turf serves customers in a variety of industries such as commercial, construction, agricultural, as well as, consumers. United Ag & Turf strives for exceptional customer experience throughout all our locations and departments including parts, sales, service, and transportation.This entry level Warehouse position is responsible to properly order, receive, store and account for parts or merchandise. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties, as well as, pulling and ordering parts for the service department.The following are essential functions of this position:Timely processing of sending and receiving of parts shipments (i.e. Customer & Stock Orders, Machine Down & Surplus Returns)Posts freight to work orders or counter tickets as needed for parts orders & transfersPerform cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory; report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged productsSupplies Service Technicians with parts as requiredAssists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displaysMaintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to the Parts Sales LeadAssists in keeping parts department clean and orderlyMaking certain that the technician or customer receives the proper part on time as promised; call customers for parts pick-up and delivers parts if necessaryAssists Supervisor with merchandising displays by re-stocking showroom inventoryAssists in keeping parts department clean and orderlyAssists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment in good working orderProactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill setMaintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer serviceEnsure that company's reputation and image in the community is consistent with company Core ValuesBenefits include:Competitive Salary Plus Bonus401K MatchHealth BenefitsPaid Holidays and Paid Time OffRequirementsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent experienceExperience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapportDemonstrated basic understanding of machineryExperience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applicationsForklift OperationRoutinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbsPreferred Education and ExperienceOne year prior parts sales experience.Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
