Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Are you a detail-driven communicator who loves helping people solve problems? We are partnering with a growing, mission-based organization to hire a solution-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will deliver first-class support across multiple communication platforms, helping nonprofits, schools, and community organizations resolve service issues and manage their accounts.
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chat requests in a timely, professional manner.
Research customer accounts and case histories to provide prompt, empathetic, and clear solutions.
Securely manage and process renewals, product replacements, refunds, and quotes.
Accurately record all client interactions and notes within Salesforce according to established procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to improve processes and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
3 years of professional customer service experience, with technical support environment experience being a plus.
Associate's degree or a High School Diploma/GED paired with equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
Detail-oriented active listener with exceptional problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a must.
