Job Title: ECVC Associate Attorney (4–8 Years Experience)
Locations: New York, San Francisco
Compensation: $310,000 – $435,000 + discretionary merit bonuses + comprehensive benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Lead venture financings, formations, and exits—sometimes all in a single day.
- Advise on SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance, and general corporate work.
- Counsel management teams on complex matters from inception through IPO.
- Work on both sides of the table: guiding emerging growth companies and representing VCs and institutional investors.
- Build long-term relationships with the future stars of tech and life sciences.
