Chuck Town Clippers is a 12-chair, veteran-owned shop built on old-school craft and modern hustle — classic cuts, straight-razor shaves, and a red-white-and-blue standard we hold every day. We're growing, and we want a Shop Manager who runs a tight ship today and helps build what's next. If you know the trade, lead from the front, and want a real path forward — let's talk.

What You'll Own

• Daily operations of a high-volume, 12-chair shop
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing barbers
• Building the schedule and keeping chairs full
• Inventory and product ordering
• Booking, POS, and staff management via Mangomint
• Equipment upkeep and a clean, sanitary, code-compliant shop
• Upholding CTC's standard on every cut, every client

What You Bring

• Prior management or lead experience in a barbershop or salon
• Working knowledge of men's cuts, fades, shaves, and grooming products
• Sharp communication — with the team and the chair
• Organization that holds up when the lobby's packed
• SC barber license preferred (or willingness to get licensed)
• Ideas to grow CTC
