Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$16-$19 an Hour (based on experience)

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Associate? You’ll be:
• Changing out parts such as boards and reassembling products to prepare them for testing, reporting to the RMA Supervisor, Francisco Andrade.
• Performing functional testing on repaired equipment to ensure all specifications are met.
• Troubleshooting and identifying failed components that need to be repaired.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly processes, preferably in electronics assembly.
• Are able to read and work from mechanical drawings and work instructions in English.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
