Our team is committed to creating a supportive, engaging environment where clinicians can thrive while delivering exceptional care.Your RoleConduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based treatment recommendations to support patient progress.Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship in accordance with BCBA standards and company policies.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.Educate and support parents and caregivers through ongoing communication and training.Maintain accurate and timely documentation within designated systems and regulatory guidelines.Support positive patient outcomes through quality clinical services and individualized interventions.
