Management Trainee – Greentech Renewables - Non Exempt - DIV Job ID: 202645600001 Department: Miami - Greentech Renewables Location: FL - Pompano Beach SUMMARY Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions in the growing solar industry. Management Trainees learn every aspect of the business, eventually supervising a multi-million-dollar location upon program completion. On-the-job training lasts approximately 18‑24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management, and there is online training related to solar PV and sales. Prior industry experience is not required. Ideal candidates possess outstanding communication skills, are geographically flexible, and thrive in an energetic, multi-faceted industry. REPORTS TO Training Manager MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s Degree (related experience may be considered) Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Sales or customer service experience ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES Leadership skills Self‑motivated Team-oriented Competitive Entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills Effective problem‑solving skills WORKING CONDITIONS Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment and include warehouse, office, and external environments.
