Compensation Data Analyst

Supporting compensation programs and ensuring data integrity, the full-time remote Compensation & Data Integrity Analyst will conduct audits, maintain data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and analytics across HR systems. Key responsibilities Conduct regular audits of HR data across various systems to ensure accuracy and completeness Support ongoing data hygiene efforts, including updates and standardization of people data Collaborate with HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, and Finance teams to align data sources and processes Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, HRIS, or a related analytical role 1-3 years of experience supporting Compensation or Total Rewards programs Experience working with HRIS platforms and data management Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and formulas
