Role Description The Concierge Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This role oversees and delivers high-touch concierge services for guests and homeowners, including arranging reservations, coordinating personalized experiences, and managing special requests before and during stays. The Concierge Manager collaborates with property management and operations teams to ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and in-stay services, while maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and service outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries, curating local recommendations, organizing transportation and activities, and monitoring service quality across multiple properties. The role also involves training and guiding concierge staff, refining service standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that uphold ABOVE’s luxury hospitality values. Qualifications Strong experience in concierge services, including coordinating personalized guest itineraries, special requests, and luxury service offerings. Proficiency in managing reservations for accommodations, dining, transportation, and activities, with attention to accuracy and timeliness. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with discerning guests and homeowners. Background in receptionist duties and front-of-house coordination, such as managing inquiries, check-ins, and guest-facing administrative tasks. Proven customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and maintaining composure in fast-paced and high-expectation environments. Experience in luxury hotels, high-end vacation rentals, or upscale hospitality brands is highly beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including multitasking across several properties and guest requests. Comfort with technology and reservation systems; ability to learn new platforms and follow documented processes.
