Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to collect, analyze, transform, and interpret large datasets to support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, data modeling experience, and the ability to develop analytical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be local and available to work onsite five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, extract, clean, transform, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, analytical solutions, and data models.
\n
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
\n
• Create statistical reports, dashboards, charts, and executive-level reporting deliverables.
\n
• Support data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration activities.
\n
• Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
\n
• Document data processes, analytical findings, and technical specifications.
\n
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
\n
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver accurate results within established deadlines.
\n

Required Qualifications and Skills

\n
• Strong experience with T-SQL and advanced SQL querying.
\n
• Experience with SQL Analytics Server .
\n
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling concepts and techniques.
\n
• Experience in data analysis, data validation, and problem-solving.
\n
• Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, transformation, and integration techniques.
\n
• Experience developing analytical reports and data visualizations.
\n
• Ability to work with large datasets and communicate findings effectively.
