Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Residential Plumbing Installation Apprentice to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of residential plumbing systems, including water lines, drain lines, fixtures, water heaters, and related components. Support lead plumbers on residential plumbing installation and replacement projects. Learn to read and interpret plumbing diagrams and installation specifications. Measure, cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools. Assist with the installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, tubs, water heaters, and other residential plumbing fixtures. Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship. Communicate professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and team members. Participate in training and apprenticeship development programs. Requirements: Previous residential plumbing, construction, mechanical, or trade experience preferred but not required. Strong desire to learn the residential plumbing trade. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in residential work environments. Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, basements, and other confined spaces as needed. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
