Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship

Overview Join our two-year Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship program at Tucson Medical Center. This structured two-year program offers an additional stipend for 30 administrative hours per month of training and 90 clinical hours with a comprehensive benefits package on your first shift. The fellowship is an immersive program that provides hands‑on training with hospital and emergency department leaders, as well as formal classroom learning. It offers a unique opportunity to provide you with the skills to lead a team in the Emergency Department while still practicing medicine. Tucson Medical Center, licensed at more than 600 beds, has been Tucson’s locally governed nonprofit regional hospital since admitting its first patient Nov. 9, 1944.
