Responsibilities will include working in several different production areas and being adaptable to fulfill the needs of fellow team members. Inspecting equipment throughout the shop and promptly reporting any concerns to the shift supervisions will be crucial as well. Job Duties and Responsibilities Be knowledgeable in and enforce racking and loading procedures, tagging procedure, and lot control procedures Safe and efficient operations of all production equipment Prioritize processing based on schedule Perform inspection using correct methods Document and report any maintenance issues to shift foreman Monitor and program all furnaces to process correct parameters Understand the processing of all material within production areas Ensure plant organization and cleanliness The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and levels of the work performed by employees but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified. This position must satisfy ITAR (DSP-5) compliance requirements; therefore, candidates must be a lawful permanent resident or a protected individual. May be required to obtain and maintain forklift operation certification May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends.
