Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Location May provide support to the following locations as needed: 111 West City Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004; 101 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064. Job Overview The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This role includes executing selling programs with digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience. Responsibilities Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.). Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Valid eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation Competitive base pay range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Eligible leadership and individual contributor roles may have additional bonus opportunities at company discretion.
