The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations. 

Responsibilities & Duties

· Bring energy, enthusiasm, and laser-sharp focus to every interaction

· Demonstrate exemplary communication skills with guests, employees, and corporate offices alike

· Exemplify company policies and procedures

· Juggle a wide range of demands in a fast-paced environment.

· Pitch in and help co-workers to support all departments as needed

· Be proactive when dealing with guest concerns and closely monitor guest feedback

Compensation and Benefits include:

· This position offers a starting wage that ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience.

· Full-time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified).

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· At least 1-2 years of management experience.

· Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry.

· Proficient in using MS Office

· Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

· Experience with property management systems (PMS) 

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills 

· Ability to stand for long periods of time as needed
