AECOM is seeking a Proposal Manager and writer to lead large, complex federal pursuits from capture through interview. Based remotely in the US, you will collaborate with regional teams and marketing leadership to develop schedules, content plans, and compliant proposals. You will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality writing and editing across executive summaries and non-technical sections.
