Qualifications:

• Must hold current Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Behavior Analyst Certification
• National BCBA certification through BACB required
• PEL is not necessary for this particular opportunity
• Experience working within K–12 educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve in an itinerant role supporting districts spanning Algonquin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, Dixon, Kirkland, Maple Park, and St. Charles
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans for students across K–12 grade levels
• Consult and train school staff, collaborate with families, and monitor student progress
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting standards
