Primary Care Physician (Spanish Bilingual) - Up to $280,000

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-focused healthcare organization on a full-time, permanent basis. This established network of primary care clinics serves communities throughout Florida and is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Providers are supported by a strong operational infrastructure that minimizes administrative burdens, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care and building meaningful patient relationships. The organization emphasizes collaboration, innovation, preventive medicine, and improving long-term patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $250,000-$280,000,depending on experience
• Performance-based bonusopportunities

• Established patient base andclinical support staff

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00PM
• Phone-only call rotationapproximately every 6 weeks
• Manageable patient volume withstrong clinical support

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligiblein Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license orability to obtain
• Spanish bilingual required
• Commitment to preventive,value-based primary care
