Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recreation Specialist based in Portsmouth, VA. The Recreation Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading recreational activities and programs for residents. Responsibilities include developing activity schedules, coordinating with staff, ensuring safety and engagement, maintaining equipment, and fostering a positive environment. The goal is to improve residents' physical, mental, and social well-being through meaningful activities.
