Serving mostly the residential market, some light commercial work may be tasked. Techs install all equipment types. With the priority always being the customer, technicians are there to serve in their best interests. Rusk installations are legendary for quality and consistency. Installation technicians receive hourly pay ranging from $20-45 with growth opportunity. There is no cap on income with advanced productivity and personal investment.
