Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests. This role plays an important part in delivering a positive experience by ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care.

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established quality and safety standards.
• Make beds, change linens, dust surfaces, vacuum floors, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Restock room amenities, towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
• Follow all company procedures for sanitation, safety, and security.
• Assist with cleaning of hallways, public areas, and other assigned spaces when needed.

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, hospitality, or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
