Position Details

• Job Title: Inside Sales Associate (Appointment Setter)

• Location: Remote (NY, NJ, and CT candidates preferred)

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern

• Compensation: Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping homeowners learn about the benefits of solar energy by setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to both warm and cold leads.

• Engaging prospective customers using proven sales scripts and qualifying questions.

• Scheduling appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants.

• Accurately tracking customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

• Meeting daily and weekly performance goals.

• Delivering a positive and professional customer experience on every call.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Experienced in outbound sales or cold calling (preferred).

• Excellent communicators with strong objection-handling skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable and professional with a strong work ethic.

• Equipped with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• Located in or familiar with the NY, NJ, or CT markets (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $15 per hour (1099 contractor position).

• Performance-based pay increases up to $36 per hour.

• Uncapped commissions on appointments that convert into sales.
