Titan CEO is on the hunt for an exceptional Event Program Manager to help us run the show behind the scenes of one of the country’s most prestigious executive recognition programs: Titan 100. You’ll be the right-hand to our Program Director(s), helping bring the magic to life across multiple markets — from curating high-energy events to cultivating community with some of the top CEOs and C-level execs in the nation. Key Responsibilities Orchestrating award shows that wow. Building deep relationships with powerhouse leaders. Driving nominations and celebrating bold success stories. Managing vendors like a pro (and making some killer trades). Jetting off to events that put your skills center stage. Securing top-tier nominations, helping land sponsors, planning next-level experiences, and traveling to bring it all to life. You’ll crush this role if you’re: Obsessed with timelines and checklists. A natural connector who thrives in fast-paced environments. Not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. Tenacious (like, really tenacious). Passionate about building something meaningful with a tight-knit team. Bonus points if you're the kind of person who lives for a well‑run spreadsheet and knows how to work a room. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales or events, or a similar role. Strong aptitude for learning and desire to grow. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Must communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing. Excellent command of written English and strong degree of attention to detail. Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing, organization, time management, and projectmanagement. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Desire to showcase exceptional customer service skills. Compensation Our total compensation range for this role is $60,000–$80,000/year (including base salary and performance-based components, such as commission).
