Are you passionate about caring for seniors and making a difference in their daily lives? As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship while helping each client feel safe, comfortable, and valued every day.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) 

• Provide companionship and emotional support 

• Help manage memory-related challenges and behavior changes 

• Document care activities and follow individualized care plans 

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years of caregiving experience

• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client boundaries 

• Physically capable of assisting with transfers or lifting 

• Comfortable with providing personal care to male clients 

• Empathetic and understanding 

• Patient, attentive, and able to adapt to different needs and personalities 

Requirements

• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide registration.
• Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
