Community-Impact Public Health Nurse II
Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board
Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. seeks a Public Health Nurse I to advance community health initiatives within the Navajo Nation. The nurse will plan and implement programs, provide patient care, and collaborate with tribal, state, and federal partners to improve population health outcomes.
Required are a BSN and an unrestricted U.S. license, plus BLS certification. One year of direct public health nursing experience is expected; Navajo Nation preference applies to eligible candidates.
