Must Have Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (modeling, data manipulation, reporting)
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and GAAP

Good To Have Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP or planning systems

Job Description:

Experienced team member with high levels of independence in planning and carrying out work within a framework, guiding team members. Provide administrative and functional support to Revenue/ Invoicing and AR team. Lead the team in managing and handling the entire or specific Finance functions across the organization.

• Mentor and guide Associates / Leads.
• Recognize and maintain confidential information.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Provide support to business unit leadership in decision making in functional areas of Finance.
• Enable the organization to solve problems, flow of information and make decisions at the lowest level of responsibility.
• Lead financial planning functions across the organisation in support of goals and objectives.
• Performs analysis / reporting.
• Monitor revenue and Invoicing.
• Assist the Accounting department with special projects as needed.
• Identify risks or opportunities for revenue enhancement; propose appropriate actions
