We are expanding our team in Green Cove Springs, FL, and looking for a dedicated IT Asset Manager to join us on a hybrid schedule.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized IT Asset Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our hardware and software assets. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for inventory management, procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of IT equipment. You will ensure compliance with software licensing and optimize our technology investments to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including laptops, servers, network equipment, and software licenses.
• Maintain accurate records within our IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and purchase technology hardware and software.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and hardware inventory accuracy.
• Work on-site in our Green Cove Springs, FL office 2-3 days a week to handle physical hardware deployments and audits.
• Streamline asset deployment and reclamation processes during employee onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT Asset Management, inventory control, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of hardware specifications and software licensing models.
• Experience with ITAM and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Snipe-IT, or similar).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
