This clinician-owned clinic was founded to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems.The clinic primarily serves immigrants from Mexico and South America working in agriculture and other physically demanding industries. Patients are deeply grateful for their care, and the practice is growing — creating a new opportunity for an additional Nurse Practitioner.Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per weekHybrid schedule – no call, no weekendsPrimarily based in the Mount Vernon office3 days per week on-site in Mount Vernon1–2 days per week supporting Lynnwood clinicLynnwood days may be performed remotelyUp to 2–3 remote workdays per week overallOptional, voluntary coverage in BellinghamBellingham coverage is not requiredResponsibilities:Treats patients with work-related injuriesSees lumbar and cervical sprain injuriesManages slip-and-fall work injuriesProvides ongoing assessment for new symptomsUpdates treatment plans as care progressesMakes referrals to specialists as neededDoes not provide urgent or emergent careCross-trains with on-site specialistsWorks in a Narcotic-Free practicePrescribes Anticonvulsants, NSAIDs, Muscle RelaxantsDocuments care using Occ.
