Relevant experience in a similar role will be considered in lieu of a Degree. Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant agencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with computer skills. (MS Word and Excel) Experience in human resources or related field. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. Excellent organization and time management skills, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality Must be a team player, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Project management experience with multiple stakeholders — prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
