Microbiologist I: Leprosy Molecular Assays

IHRC, Inc. is seeking a Microbiologist I to support development of molecular assays for leprosy bacteria at our Baton Rouge, LA site. The role involves culture media preparation, nucleic acid purification, DNA sequencing, and data interpretation.

Strong documentation skills and a background in microbiology are required. The position is full-time, on-site with travel as needed, and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in standard microbiology and molecular biology
