Job Title: Warehouse Selector – Reach & Electric Pallet Jack Operator Location: Reno, NV
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM DescriptionWe’re seeking reliable, punctual individuals with good attendance, ready to commit to consistent work in our dry warehouse. You will be responsible for operating an electric pallet jack, reach truck, and stock picker, selecting products from warehouse racks, labeling and palletizing as you build orders, and safely delivering pallets to the dock for shipping. Cleaning and lumping trucks may also be required. Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck, stock picker, and electric pallet jack
• Use RF technology for labeling and product tracking
• Select and stack products on pallets following proper procedures (e.g., no heavy-on-light, labels facing out)
• Stage and stretch-wrap pallets for loading
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment
• Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
• Meet or exceed minimum efficiency and accuracy standards
• Work at a steady pace for the entire shift
• Develop a working knowledge of warehouse products, placement, and inventory control
• May include truck cleaning and other warehouse tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math and arithmetic skills
• Physically fit; able to lift more than 50 lbs
• Punctual, reliable, and consistent attendance required
• 1 year or more experience with reach truck, stock picker, and electric pallet jack preferred (willing to train!)
• Previous warehouse picking/shipping experience a plus
• No degree or certifications required
• Onsite position, not remote
