  • Engage in professional development to stay updated on advances in the field through continued education and peer collaboration.

  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
  • Achieve Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
Skills
  • Expertise in evidence-based practices for all age groups, demonstrating a keen understanding of both developmental and acquired disorders related to speech, language, and swallowing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate communication with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary health care teams.
  • Adaptability in therapy methods to respect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to address challenges as they arise.
  • Proficient in handling electronic medical records and maintaining compliance with documentation standards.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and professional background.
  • Flexible work hours that support a healthy work-life balance and diverse caseloads.
  • Access to specialized opportunities in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric care.

A Career That Moves with You - and Moves You

In this position, you won't just be delivering speech therapy; you'll be engaging with a mission-driven community that is committed to restoring voices and enhancing communication, creating joy through some of the most essential human interactions: understanding and connection.

You'll become part of a warm team that values camaraderie over competition, working in a space where each patient's story is honored, and where your skills help shape the narrative.

Why You'll Love Living and Working Here

The rhythm of life in Phoenix is that of a bustling metropolis with the charm of desert serenity. Surrounded by majestic mountains and adorned with stunning sunsets, this city is a paradise for those who cherish a balance between urban sophistication and the beauty of nature.

Families come together at local parks for community events, while outdoor enthusiasts take to the hiking trails or relax by serene lakes. The culinary scene is diverse and dynamic, offering everything from food trucks serving authentic southwestern fare to fine dining establishments showcasing innovative approaches to traditional dishes.

The cultural vibrancy is evident in the galleries, theaters, and festivals that celebrate art and music from all corners of society. For professionals, the perks extend beyond lifestyle - with no state income tax and a growing healthcare landscape, this is a place where opportunities for career advancement flourish.

Whether you are just starting your journey or are a seasoned professional looking for growth, this community offers the perfect backdrop for both personal and professional expansion.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a Speech Language Pathologist who brings not only skills but also a deep sense of empathy. Someone who recognizes the potential within a quiet child, who sees the determination behind a stroke survivor's hesitant speech.

You may be a pediatric expert eager to explore adult practices, or a neurology-focused professional ready to embrace early intervention methodologies.

If you are ready to serve with passion and guide with expertise, we invite you to join our welcoming community.

Let's Find the Right Words - Together

If you believe that effective communication transcends mere sound and that therapy fosters trust just as much as it achieves results - if you cherish laughter as an essential part of language - then this could be the next significant chapter in your career journey.

Join us in a community that champions communication, connection, and the courage to embark on new beginnings. Apply today and empower your voice as part of our team, helping others to find theirs.
