The role involves managing approximately 14 patients in a facility with 34 beds. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a case management role within a hospital setting. Familiarity with Cerner EMR is preferred. The dress code is business casual. This position does not require floating to other units.
