What you’ll bring:

• Current certification and licensing as a School Psychologist
• Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA’s) and conducting thorough initial and re-evaluations
• Knowledge of special education processes, eligibility criteria, and best practices in assessment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ability to manage documentation, maintain confidentiality, and organize information efficiently
• Previous work in elementary settings is preferred

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct initial psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for elementary students, using standardized assessments and observations
• Perform FBA’s and assist in developing meaningful, data-driven intervention plans
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insight into students’ needs and services
• Communicate assessment results to parents and staff in a clear, supportive manner
• Maintain and document all required paperwork according to district and state guidelines
