Includes Saturday and Sunday. Hours are typically 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm. May also pick up shifts during the week as well.Responsible for providing clinical nutrition services, including nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, self-management training and nutrition intervention to patients/residents.
