Talent Lead

The Role This is a founding recruiter role. You'll be Solin's first in-house recruiter, working directly with Paul, our co-founder who has led hiring to date, to run recruiting operations, systems, and full-cycle hiring through a period of rapid growth. We have a working hiring playbook. Your job is to run it well, systematize it, and make it better. You'll own recruiting end to end, from sourcing and outreach through interviews and offers, and build the function into a real competitive advantage for Solin. We move quickly. We hire fast, but we never compromise on quality, and we'll extend a search before we lower the bar every time. That means real volume, high standards, and a lot of proactive outreach. You'll recruit across the whole company, from developers, product managers, and designers to content roles, account executives, and more. Few things matter more to us than who we hire. We've seen firsthand how much one great person changes what we can do, so we treat every hire as one of the highest-leverage decisions we make. That's why this role is uniquely important here. You'll be building the team that becomes Solin's future. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and outreach through screening, interviews, and offers Partner with founders and hiring managers on talent strategy, role calibration, and selection criteria Build targeted pipelines through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and outbound campaigns Bring our intake, interview loop, scorecard, and offer process into Ashby, then keep improving it as we scale Use Claude, AI agents, and AI-powered workflows to automate sourcing, evaluation, and recruiting operations Launch and run our internal referral program Keep hiring managers current on pipeline health, market realities, and progress Give every candidate a first-class experience and represent Solin's culture well Take on people operations work as time allows, including onboarding, performance management support, and serving as the point of contact for benefits. We're a startup, and everyone here takes an all-hands approach to whatever needs to be done. Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience, agency or in-house, with meaningful time doing high-volume sourcing in a fast-paced startup or tech environment Series A/B "been there, done that" experience is a strong plus Comfortable with high-volume proactive outreach and moving quickly without sacrificing quality Experience with an ATS (Ashby a plus) and LinkedIn sourcing tools Bachelor's degree from a four-year program A bit more Ideally you have a passion for wellness and fitness to align with our mission Unlimited PTO (just needs to get OK’d by team) + fully covered healthcare (most companies deduct a portion of healthcare premiums from your paycheck - we don’t - we cover it all). We are in-office Mon-Fri 8:45a-6pm (our office is on Rose in Venice). Compensation for this role is $120k-$180k depending on your fit and experience.
