Dedicated Customer Care Representative

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Dedicated Customer Care Representative for our community office. This position is part of our Customer Care team providing top-notch service to our customers by answering questions, solving problems, providing education, and maintaining the company's reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Review, assign, and reply to all customer service requests, and maintain the service request system
• Field incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to customers using various forms of communication
• Ensure Homeowner satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve any issues
• Communicate and meet with HOA Management and maintain a strong customer service relationship
• Participate in weekly meetings with Juniper Account Managers and Customer Service Director
• Assist with creating proposals
• Maintain HOA proposal spreadsheet with updated information, as requested
• Follow up on payments that are past due
• Maintain inspection spreadsheet for HOA management
• Schedule appointments with owners and Account/Irrigation Managers
• Maintain a shared calendar of HOA replacement/enhancement schedules, as requested
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
• Basic landscaping industry knowledge
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to foster and maintain relationships
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
• Positive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, and excellent phone disposition
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
