IT Infrastructure Administrator

Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems, and/or middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, servers, and web servers, in support of 24x7 business processes. Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and/or product solutions for optimal performance. Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms. Key responsibilities Directs IT strategy for global enterprise infrastructure, aligning with business goals and technology innovations Develops enterprise-wide IT policies and ensures regulatory compliance Leads IT transformation initiatives and oversees IT operations teams Implements cloud-first strategies and ensures security best practices for all IT environments Ensures cybersecurity measures, automation, and operational efficiency Requirements - education & experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT leadership, infrastructure strategy, and cybersecurity governance Required skills Active Directory and Azure AD VMware and AWS DevOps and cloud-based infrastructure solutions Networking infrastructure IT governance and DevSecOps Cloud security architecture Disaster recovery planning Cybersecurity policy compliance and industry regulations Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
